By scheduling a session with Sparx Tutoring, you agree to the following: Sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance via credit/debit card (of which you agree to save on file). Your spot is not confirmed until payment is received; Cancel at least 24 hours before your session to reschedule or receive a full refund; If you cancel within 24 hours or do not attend your session, no refund will be issued; Be on time—missed time due to late arrival cannot be made up; Sparx Tutoring reserves the right to choose appropriate teaching methods, content, and pacing based on student needs; Clients are responsible for having a working device and stable internet connection; As a new and growing business, Sparx Tutoring appreciates your patience. Minor errors, system glitches, or scheduling issues may occur, and we reserve a reasonable grace period to address and correct these without penalty; If an emergency arises, exceptions to this policy may be granted in rare cases at the tutor’s discretion.
