All tutoring sessions must be paid for in full at the time of scheduling using a valid credit or debit card.
Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received.

No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
If you cancel 24 hours or more in advance, you may choose to:
- Reschedule the session (subject to availability), or
- Request a full refund.

If a student does not attend a scheduled session and no notice is given, the session will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

If Sparx Tutoring must cancel a session for any reason, you will receive the option to:

Reschedule the session, or
Receive a full refund.

We understand that emergencies happen. In rare cases, exceptions to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of the tutor. Documentation may be requested.
